The visit came at a critical point of the STEADFAST COBALT 25 Exercise, as more than 1600 participants from NCISG’s huge footprint with NATO Deployable Detachments, 15 NATO Command Structure (NCS) and 8 NATO Force Structure (NFS) units, as well as 21 National Headquarters and 2 NATO organizations NCIA and NSPA were deeply engaged in setting up and testing secure, resilient communication connections in a realistic exercise environment.

Personnel demonstrated high readiness and coordination, swiftly deploying systems and managing real-time network challenges under high pressure.
NCISG Commander, Major General Rainer Beeck walked through various operational hubs, observing the integration of field equipment and digital networks essential for mission success. During a brief interaction, Major General Beeck commended the technical precision and teamwork displayed, noting the strategic importance of robust deployed Communications and Information Systems (CIS) infrastructure.
