3NSB’s participation in the celebration of the 25th anniversary of Poland’s accession to the NATO

BYDGOSZCZ, Poland – 3rd NATO Signal Battalion (3NSB) Commander, Lieutenant Colonel Pavel Matuszek represented the Alliance in the celebration of the 25th anniversary of Poland’s accession to the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) on March, 6, 2024.  

3rd NATO Signal Battalion (3NSB), together with the Joint Forces Training Center (JFTC), the NATO Force Integration Unit (NFIU), the Military Police Center of Excellence (MPCoE) and CIS Support Unit (CSU) were invited by the authorities of the city of Bydgoszcz to celebrate the 25th anniversary of Poland’s accession to the North Atlantic Alliance. 

During the press conference, the Commander of the 3NSB, Lieutenant Colonel Pavel Matuszek said: 

All NATO units have their own unique responsibilities; however together we create a strong NATO base.

Both the representatives of NATO entities presented at the event and the city of Bydgoszcz's authorities unanimously emphasized that the importance of NATO will grow, because of what is happening now, especially beyond Poland's eastern border.
