His Royal Highness Prince Radu was welcomed by Colonel Krzysztof Witek, NCISG J4 Division Head; Major Krystian, Nowicki, 3NSB Deputy Commander; and Command Sergeant Major Michal Zelenak, 3NSB BSM. The visit was attended by the Romanian Ambassador Theodor Cosmin Onisii, Chancellor Sebastian Traian Sarca and the Romanian Defence Attaché, Colonel Iulian Alin Done.

During the visit, the Prince emphasized Romania’s commitment to the Alliance. His presence was symbolic of the strong tie between Romania and NATO, particularly in terms of military communications and logistics, which play a crucial role in modern defence strategies.
Prince Radu took part in a presentation of the NCISG and battalion's activities in the unit's meeting room, and then attended a presentation of the battalion's military equipment and techniques.

The highlight of the visit was a comprehensive tour of the 3rd NATO Signal Battalion’s facilities. The Prince was given an inside look at the communication systems, which include satellite links, encrypted networks and rapid-deployment systems that allow for effective coordination across different military units. The Prince praised the dedication and professionalism of the personnel, expressing admiration for their crucial role in ensuring mission success.

As the visit concluded, the Prince Radu expressed his gratitude to the 3NSB and the Polish government for their hospitality in the memorising book.
