The Commander of the 1NSB, Lieutenant Colonel Michael PAUL welcomed Mrs. Serap Güler. During the visit, Mrs. Güler received a brief on Germany’s contributions to the 1NSB, including past and forecasted operations. The Commander of the 1NSB’s Deployable CIS Module Alpha (DCM A), Captain Christian JUNGER, briefed the distinguished guest on DCM A missions and challenges.

After the presentation, Mrs. Güler took part in a meeting with soldiers who were working on the preparation of Exercise STEADFAST COBALT 23. This was followed by a visit with the Schill-Kaserne Commander, Major Sabrina WEIRICH who showed Mrs. Güler the infrastructure and informed her about ongoing and planned projects on the German side, which will be also beneficial for 1NSB personnel. Mrs. Güler’s visit ended with a briefing from the DEU Local National Representative.
