MONS, Belgium – For the first time since the COVID-19 pandemic, the NATO CIS Group Headquarters and SHAPE Cyberspace Directorate held their annual Holiday Season Door Decorating Contest hosted by the NCISG Commander/DCOS Cyberspace, Major General Frank Schlösser, and the Deputy Commander/Chief of Staff, Brigadier General Luigi Carpineto, on 6^th December 2022 at SHAPE. 

The Command Senior Enlisted Leader, Command Sergeant Major Andrea Merz, invited the staff members to decorate office doors on a voluntary basis in order to jointly celebrate the Holiday Season. The decorated doors were then assessed by an evaluation team of holiday decoration experts, led by Brigadier General Carla Harding and assisted by Mrs Ana-Maria Grecu.

The winning entry came from Mrs. Aram Hong and OF-4 Leonard Fritz. The second place was awarded to the J4 Division team for their coordinated decorate doors, while the third place was awarded to the NCISG HQ Registry team consisting of OR-7 Devis Greco, OR-7 Hugo Tome and Mr Sebastian Nochowicz.

The second place - J4 Division.

Major General Frank Schlösser congratulated all who participated and wished Season’s greetings to staff members and their loved ones. The Deputy Commander/Chief of Staff, Brigadier General Luigi Carpineto also wished NCISG personnel a very happy holiday time.
