NCISG CSEL RELINQUISHMENT OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES CEREMONY

MONS, Belgium – The NCISG Commander, Major General Frank Schlӧsser relinquished Command Senior Enlisted Leader (CSEL) Peter Knoeringer (DEU Army) of his duties and responsibilities of the NATO CIS Group on Friday, May 13, 2022.

Major General Schlӧsser marked the relinquishment of responsibilities by accepting the NCISG Command Sword for safe-keeping until a new CSEL has been appointed, at which time he will entrust it to them.

The Command Senior Enlisted Leader, Peter Knoeringer was the second CSEL of the NCISG. Major General Schlӧsser underlined Peter's hard work and dedication that are reflections of his competence as a leader and his professionalism as a soldier.

CSEL Knoeringer is everything I could have asked for in a senior leader.

Major General Schlӧsser recognized Peter's wife, Ariane, and their children for their support and patience with the constant changes of military life.

Peter Knoeringer is going to serve at German IT Command, Group Cyber/IT Training in the Evaluation Department in Bonn.
