Major Mathias (Bart) Jacobs performed exemplary service in direct support of the NCISG Command Group. He consistently delivered superior work and managed the complexity of two front offices during a tumultuous COVID scheduling challenge. Acting as Military Assistant, he enthusiastically performed additional functions as Coordination Officer and Executive Officer to ensure the Commander NCISG’s intent was carried out.

Major General Frank Schlӧsser congratulated and thanked Major Jacobs for his dedicated service and hard work and wished him further success in his next assignment.
