GORNA MALINA, Bulgaria – LTG Lyubcho TODOROV, Commander of the Bulgarian Joint Forces Command recognized on behalf of the BGR Minister of Defence, members of the DCM-F. LTC Robert Topper recognized the unit and members on behalf of the NATO CIS Group Commander and the 2NSB Commander on May 12 2021.

High ranking generals and officers from the Bulgarian Ministry of Defense and the Defence Staff as well as the Bulgarian NATO Force Integration Unit (NFIU) Commander, took part in the ceremony expressing their gratitude to DCM-F. The Bulgarian Chief of Defence - Admiral Emil Eftimov sent an official letter which was read during the ceremony by the Defence Staff CIS Division Director, recognizing the 10 years outstanding achievements of the Bulgarian DCM, sending them the blessing and courage in their future NATO endeavours.
