SHAPE, Belgium - The Program of Work (PoW) is a series of planned meetings set to coordinate the known NCISG requirements for a specific period. The PoW emphasis is placed on providing NCISG support to operations, exercises and activities to support NATO Response Forces (NRF) and Graduated Response Plan (GRP). The PoW allows NCISG to optimize NCISG’s internal preparation as well as the deployable Communications and Information System (DCIS) service support. 

 

PoW meetings alternate between face-to-face sessions and video conference-centric meetings. On 5 February 2019, NCISG and its stakeholders convened for the PoW Large Group conference with many stakeholders dialing in via video conference. This session was well attended and addressed a variety of topics to mitigate risks pertaining to 2019 exercise and mission DCIS support planning.
