NCISG Command Senior Enlisted Leader hosts his ninth conference at SHAPE

MONS, Belgium - On the 11 and 12 December the NCISG Commander, Major General Renner hosted the thirteenth Commander’s Conference at SHAPE.

In parallel CSM Theobalt hosted the ninth CSEL Conference where Non-Commissioned Officers (NCOs) from the three NATO Sigal Battalions, the Maintenance and Support Companies, and Deployable Communication Modules, talked about new challenges on the horizon.

NCOs are widely acknowledged to be the backbone of military forces.

CSM Theobalt gave the attendees the floor so they could talk about their concerns, express their views and make suggestions on taking on future responsibilities within the NCISG.CSM Theobalt invited DSACEUR to his conference to provide his view and his guidance for the future challenges to the audience.

General Sir James Everard accepted the invitation and took the opportunity to talk about the NATO Command Structure Adaptation, as well as current and possible future missions.

Each participant is eager to tackle the challenges facing them and they are looking forward to the tenth CSEL Conference in order to provide updates and feedback.
